We are Jon and Rizz Howard! Our story started with one real estate investment in 2017. It was a 2 bedroom condo that has been sitting on the marker because it needed to some renovation. With Jon's handyman specialty and Rizz's passion for interior designing, we turned the condo in to a luxury waterfront condo. Not only did it outperformed every unit in the neighborhood, the success of the condo became our platform for founding our rental management company. The rental company has been nominally recognized and eventually acquired by a well known and reputable company in the hospitality industry.
